Over 50 MBA students and alumni participated in the 2007 Conference in Kingston.

The keynote address was delivered by the Jamaican Prime Minister, the Most Hon. Portia Simpson-Miller. Other feature addresses were delivered by Douglas Orane, CEO of Grace Kennedy and Company, Opposition Leader Bruce Golding, and for the Business Leaders' Dinner, Executive Chairman of AIC and NCB Michael Lee Chin was the Keynote Speaker.

The conference resulted in potential investment opportunities as well as jobs and internships for several participants.
